In a speech to the UN Human Rights Council, the father of captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit urges Hamas to respect international humanitarian law. The intervention was delivered in the March 2010 session on behalf of WIZO – Women`s International Zionist`s Organization (www.wizo.org).
