Chinese military analysts are expressing delight over the number of sensitive sites that Defense Minister Gen. Liang Guanglie and his delegation are being shown during their tour of the United States. Despite the fact that China may become a campaign issue this election year, the Obama administration is giving the Chinese defense minister a five-star tour of some of America’s most sensitive military sites.
